I provide “deep coaching” based on psychology and brain science for people who are anxious or dissatisfied with their current situation and who really want to change their lives.
Often, there are "unwanted beliefs" or "habits of thought" that cause us to feel that life is not going well.
Since these things work automatically at the subconscious level, it is difficult for us to be aware of them.
Without realizing it, we may unconsciously limit our behavioral and emotional patterns, creating unwanted outcomes.
In sessions, we carefully explore the inner life of each client, visualize his/her thought patterns, and help him/her let go of unwanted patterns.
We also go back into the client's past to find and release "unwanted beliefs" in the subconscious mind.
At the same time, we help you clarify your desired future & identity, and help you change into the person you deserve to be.
The methodology combines theories and techniques such as mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, NLP, and hypnotherapy. This enables us to promote fundamental, rather than superficial, restructuring of thinking and inner transformation.
In addition to session time, we also provide practical work and assignments that enable clients to adjust their own minds and self-manage on their own.
With these approaches, we aim for a state in which the client is able to generate the strength to move forward on their own, rather than with "encouragement from the outside.
