For those new to coaching
Your coach will not judge your story. This is not the time to ask for the right answer, and no preparation is required. You simply begin by speaking your feelings and thoughts at a pace that puts you at ease.
In addition, the content of what is said in the session will be treated strictly in accordance with confidentiality agreements. Please rest assured that nothing you say here will be leaked to anyone else.
