Why I became a coach
From an early age I had a slightly more sensitive nature than others, and from my late teens into my twenties I hated myself, denying myself every day that I was "stupid," "ugly," or "not good enough. When I tried to envision my ideal future, all that came to mind was darkness. There was a time when I really thought, "There is no point in my existence in this world," as I did not have a husband or children.
Behind this was a strong "assumption" or "habit of thinking" in the subconscious mind. For example, the belief that "people do not like me just as I am" and "I am a loser in society," and the habit of judging things in black and white.

However, through dialogues with a trusted coach, and through various types of work including NLP, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness, I was able to gradually let go of my unwanted beliefs. By clarifying my values and making choices according to the voice of my heart, "self-denial" became "self-acceptance," from "nothing" to "everything," and from "a life of failure" to "a life of hope.
As a result, I am now able to take on many challenges, including my dream of studying abroad for an MBA. The days when I used to see nothing but darkness have changed 180 degrees, and now my days are filled with excitement and light.
Through this experience, I have come to want to accompany people who have feelings of inferiority, worthlessness, and defeat so that they can believe in themselves and regain their true strength and hope.
People can always change when they seriously decide to change.
Let us take that first step with you.
